Grace For The Christian and Mankind

I was sitting in a sermon listening to a pastor admitting that he was a sinner, that we all are sinners, Christian or not.
His message was so profound that I wanted to share some points with you.
I identified myself to what he was saying.

As a Christian, have you ever felt that its very hard to stay sin free and to live by God’s expectations?
As a Non-Christian, have you ever asked yourself, why should I believe in God when I know I will never be perfect and sinless the way God wants?

God knows that you are a sinner, no man (mankind) is without sin! No One!
But yet God can not coexist with sin in his presence, in his realm.

This is what has happened to mankind. We have all come up short in all our effort to live a righteous life. It matters not how hard we try, we will always come up short. It matters not how much spiritual effort we exert, we will always come up short of the glory of God. Why? Because we are sinners.
The price for sin is death!

 

Christian and mankind must realize….

 

In the days before grace, mankind was sentenced to death, no judge or lawyer can get that penalty or sentence removed, it was there to stay.
As a sinner, we were condemned to die. We were faced with the penalty of sin.

The day of grace came, by Gods grace, he lifted that death penalty off of mankind and gave that death penalty to his own son to carry out, his son was tortured and beaten to death and left on a roman wooden cross to die.
Mankind now has eternal grace, although we are still sinners Christian or not, we will always commit sins.

Acknowledging that you are a sinner and accepting Gods grace will get that death penalty lifted off of you.  A Christian is one who accepts God’s grace.
I am a Christian and I am a sinner, I will always have sin in my life, however if I understand and believe the grace given by God and that the death penalty was lifted by his son’s death I know I will not die because of the sins in my life!

This is you with the sins in your life, and the white area is with out sin.
This is you, same person, same sins, but a light in this dark and evil world.

Without the grace of God, we have no hope of salvation.

No matter how hard Christian (s) and mankind try, we will always fall short.

Mankind nor a Christian can justify himself. (Rom 3:10) “As it is written, There is none righteous, no, not one:”

(Rom 3:23) “For all have sinned (Christian and non), and come short of the glory of God;”

(Rom 3:24) “Being justified freely by his grace through the redemption that is in Christ Jesus:”

 

 Christian or non Christian, we all have a price for sin if the grace by God is not accepted.
